stayed here for a weekend - Loved the Spa Bath great way to relax after
a long day - Good sized Rooms, Easy walking distance to the town centre
and the lake - Hosts were friendly & knowledgable- Will stay there
again next time in Taupo. Stayed August 2011, Reviewed September 1, 2011 We stayed two nights in a room with its very own whirlpool in the bathroom.
Loved
it! We enjoyed every aspect of the room, particularly the whirlpool! It
was quiet, had air conditioning, excellent facilities and the bedding
was very comfortable. One tip: don't leave the toilet window open at
night with the light on. We were stunned when we saw about a hundred
dead bugs all around the toilet. Stayed January 2011, traveled as a couple Reviewed January 17, 2011. I
stayed here for three weeks in one of my business trips in New Zealand.
The motel is spacious and rooms are being cleaned everyday. Towels and
coffee/tea box are being replenished everyday. The place is just walking
distance from the Taupo Lake, I remember I used to walk from the motel
to see the beautiful scenery of the Taupo Lake. The Taupo commercial
center is around 1 km form the motel. There is only one little downside.
The laundry room is always locked and you have to asked them everytime

Travelbug- Although
I was only at Acapulco for one night I was very impressed with the
service. Right from when I first phoned for the booking they could not
have been more helpful. When I arrived I was shown to the unit which was
already warmed from the airconditioning having being turned on earlier.
The unit was immaculately clean and very quiet. I have no problem in
recommending Acapulco Motor Inn to travellers passing through Taupo. Ian
